Abdominal Domination: Absolo Core Intensive Training Provides Fitness Facilities with Innovative, Fun and Effective Systems to Help People Win the Battle of the Bulge
(Sarasota,
Florida) - Absolo Core Intensive Training combines the proven benefits of traditional crunches and medicine ball tosses into a uniquely fun and effective interactive system for exercisers of all ages and
conditioning levels, reported Joe Arsenault, Absolo Fitness president.
Absolo Core Intensive Training strengthens and conditions the abdominal, oblique and lower back muscles while providing upper body and cardiovascular benefits. Exercisers establish a controlled crunch movement tossing medicine balls against a target, either ball catch or bounce board, then retrieve or catch and repeat. Absolo training can be made as dynamic and challenging as desired by using heavier medicine
balls, accelerating the pace, modifying the upper body movements and increasing the number of repetitions.
"The Absolo training experience benefits your facility and every body in it. A set of three Absolo systems requires less than 90 square feet and creates an interactive and popular feature attraction on your fitness floor," stated Joe Arsenault. "From the young to the not so young, from competitive athletes to weekend warriors, everyone needs Absolo training to help them condition
their core abdominal area and win the battle of the midsection bulge."
Brothers Chris and Joe Arsenault created the Absolo training system. Chris had his primary Absolo inspiration while tossing a medicine with a trainer and developed a machine to facilitate this experience without a partner. The brothers refined the design, began manufacturing and shipping units in the fall of 2006.
"Regardless of age or ability, people love Absolo exercise because it's dynamic, fun and
effective. They feel the difference immediately," reported Chris Arsenault. "Facilities and trainers love it because it's unique, attractive and provides combined benefits for their members and clients. We're committed to producing the best possible product and helping people reach their fitness goals."
Each Absolo system comes with a set of six medicine balls, ball catch/return and bounce board attachment. The system weighs 326 pounds and the overall extended dimensions are 7 feet
tall, 9 feet long and 2 feet wide. A set of three Absolo machines fits easily into an area less than 90 square feet.
